Method
- Sample: 119 Melbourne venues with a current bottomless package whose price and sitting length we could check, marked Confirmed or Check details on this site. Unconfirmed and seasonal listings are excluded. How we check venues.
- Prices: the advertised base package per person, in AUD, before surcharges, upgrades and service charges. Where a venue offers several packages, the base package is used.
- Price per hour: package price divided by the sitting length in hours. Medians are used throughout, so a few very cheap or very expensive venues don't skew the result.
- Fine print: taken from each venue's published terms. A venue that doesn't publish a surcharge isn't counted as having one.
- Edition: October 2026, from venue checks between September and October 2026. Prices change often; confirm with the venue before booking.
