1. Promoter. The promoter is Bottomless Brunch (ABN 52 957 535 338), 52 Victoria Street, McMahons Point NSW 2060. Contact the promoter through the contact form on bottomlessbrunch.co.
2. How it works. This is a free prize draw with one promotion period, opening at 12:00am on 13 October 2026 and closing at 11:59pm on 30 December 2026 (Sydney time). These terms replace the monthly draw terms published on 9 October 2026; every valid entry received since 13 October 2026 is included in this draw.
3. Who can enter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and of the venue providing the prize, and their immediate families, can't enter.
4. How to enter. Enter your first name, last name, email address and Australian mobile number in an entry form on bottomlessbrunch.co, confirm you're eligible and accept these terms. No purchase is needed. Each email address can enter once; extra entries from the same email are ignored.
5. Email updates. By entering, you agree to receive emails from the promoter about bottomless brunches. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not cancel an entry already made.
6. Your mobile number. We use your mobile number to contact you if you win. We only send you marketing texts if you tick the box to receive them; every text includes a way to opt out, and you can reply STOP at any time.
7. The prize. One prize is drawn: a bottomless brunch for 4 people at a venue we list, valued at up to $400 (incl. GST). The prize is a set bottomless brunch package for the winner and three guests at a venue listed on bottomlessbrunch.co, chosen by the promoter and named when the winner is notified. Where we list venues in the winner's city, the venue will be in that city; otherwise it will be in Sydney. The prize is to be used on a date booked with the venue within three months of notification and subject to availability. All guests must be 18 or over and will be served in line with responsible service of alcohol laws. The prize can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Travel, extra food and drinks, and any surcharges or gratuities are not included.
8. The draw. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries by computer at 52 Victoria Street, McMahons Point NSW 2060 at 12:00pm on 31 December 2026.
9. Notifying the winner. The winner is notified by email within two business days of the draw and must reply within 14 days to claim the prize.
10. Unclaimed prizes. If the prize isn't claimed within 14 days, a redraw is held at the same time and place on 15 January 2027, and the new winner is notified by email within two business days.
11. Publishing the winner. The winner's first name and suburb may be published on bottomlessbrunch.co and the promoter's social media for at least 28 days.
12. Privacy. Entrant details are collected and handled under our privacy policy, and are used to run the draw, contact the winner and send the email updates described above.
13. General. The promoter can disqualify entries that are incomplete, made by automated means or that breach these terms. If the venue can't provide the prize, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The promoter's decision on the draw is final. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
